Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless, personalized experience for every guest, the following policies are in place.
• A card on file may be required to reserve your appointment.
• Select services may require a deposit, which will be applied toward your service total.
• Appointments adjusted within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit or cancellation fee to protect reserved time.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• First late cancellation (within 24 hrs): 50% of service charged
• No-show: 100% of service charged
• Second late cancellation or repeated no-shows: 100% charged or booking privileges may be restricted
• Same-day bookings are final.

Please arrive on time.
Guests arriving 10+ minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If we are unable to complete the service due to late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
