For the comfort, safety, and privacy of all guests, appointments are reserved for the scheduled client only. Children and additional guests are not permitted in the studio. Minors under 18 require written parental/guardian consent for all waxing services. A parent/guardian must accompany the minor to the appointment and sign the consent form. Services are provided one-on-one; the parent may wait in the lobby area. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel the minor is not ready or the skin is not suitable. By appointment only. Core hours: Thursday & Friday 3:30–9:30 PM and Saturday evenings only. Now accepting new clients. Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless, personalized experience for every guest, the following policies are in place. • A card on file may be required to reserve your appointment. • Select services may require a deposit, which will be applied toward your service total. • Appointments adjusted within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit or cancellation fee to protect reserved time. Cancellation & No-Show Policy • First late cancellation (within 24 hrs): 50% of service charged • No-show: 100% of service charged • Second late cancellation or repeated no-shows: 100% charged or booking privileges may be restricted • Same-day bookings are final. •Late Arrivals• Please arrive on time. Guests arriving 10+ minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If we are unable to complete the service due to late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
